I have over ten years teaching and leadership experience and I hold a Masters in Educational Leadership. Over the course of my career, I have fostered a strong interest in numeracy and literacy development. I promote a child-centered approach to education which recognises the valuable contribution each child makes to the world around them. I believe in enabling each child to achieve their full potential through a varied curriculum that caters to the unique and varied talents of each child. I appreciate the importance of fostering and maintaining strong links between home and school as I recognise the vital role that parents play in their child’s educational and holistic development. These values are reflected in the ethos of The English School for Girls.
At The English School for Girls, we encourage inquisitive minds and the development of a love of learning that lasts a lifetime. Our experienced and dynamic staff ensure each child’s academic progression whilst encouraging and nurturing each girl’s gifts and talents on her journey through the school. The staff work tirelessly to create and maintain a supportive, safe and enjoyable learning environment where the girls can thrive and flourish. Each girl is provided with a high-quality education that equips and empowers them to be responsible global citizens.
I am delighted to be part of the senior leadership team and to have the opportunity to lead the primary department of The English School for Girls.
